How do I pay?

Click the payment option that fits your budget and you’ll be redirected to our safe and secure payment server. We accept credit card payments and PayPal.

How about my privacy & security?

All personal information you submit is encrypted and secure. For more details check our privacy statement.

How long do I need to commit for? What is the cancellation policy?

We don’t require a contract. Our core post production package is a month to month subscription that you can cancel at any time through Paypal or send your cancellation request through our “contact us” page.

Our packages are prepaid we do not offer refunds for unused services.

Why should I use a service? Can’t I do this myself?

You can do it yourself, but there are many reasons our clients choose to hire us. Time Savings, Quality, Consistency, are just a few reasons clients choose to partner with Sonorous Lab Studio

I’m new to podcasting. Where do I begin?

Starting a podcast doesn’t have to be hard or confusing. Our Launching package is perfect for new podcasters who want to launch their podcast the right way with an expert by their side every step of the way.

What is your turnaround time for one episode?

Our turnaround time for one episode is 3 full business days.

Do you offer expedited service?

Yes. Our standard turnaround time for one episode is 3 full business days. If you need your episode sooner, we can expedite the episode for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.

How do we transfer large files back and forth?

We share files via Dropbox.com or Google Drive. Our on boarding form email will provide instructions on sharing files and folder organization.

What are my payment options?

We use PayPal for all payment processing. With PayPal, you can use any debit/credit card or bank account. All services are prepaid.

Can I hire you to help me start my podcast even if I plan on doing post-production myself?

Yes. We are more than happy to help you start your podcast with our Launching Package. You will be well equipped to handle post-production.

Can I request changes after an episode has been completed?

Once we’ve begun post-production on an episode there is an additional charge for requested changes.

What if I only publish one or two episodes per month?

After working with hundreds of Podcasters across every Apple Podcast category we’ve found that releasing episodes at LEAST once per week is critical to growing a podcast. For this reason, we recommend packages with 4 episodes per month. But we also understand that maybe you are starting slow. So, we have special offers for Podcasters that publish less than once per week.

Do I need custom artwork for each episode?

Custom Episode Artwork is optional, but it’s a great opportunity to show your listeners a pic of your guest (if it’s an interview) and display the Title, Episode number Etc. in an eye-catching way.
